I got kinetic fiber set up a couple days ago. Speed=1 gig for $45 a month. I had a great experience with Steven as the technician for installation. He was polite and helpful. He was also patient when my deco router was not cooperating and he didn’t leave until we were sure it was working correctly. Thank you.

I am not one to write a review good or bad but this was the worst experience I have had with customer service. We cancelled our service yet windstream decided to still charge us even after sending a a cancellation email. When we called they said they would refund the money but it would take up to 3 months. It took them 1 minute to take my money but 3 months to give back. We are now at 3 months and guess what I am on my 3rd transfer still trying to get my money back. They tried to give me a reward card that is only good at certain places. When I requested my money back to my account I was placed on hold for a very long time. Terrible customer service. So glad we made the change to T-Mobile they have great service.

The service I received was exceptional. Steven answered all my questions in terms I could understand. I had alot going on with my account. He was courteous, professional and stayed on the job not passing it on to someone else. He knows his job and is an experienced technician. Great customer service! Thank you!

Well, Very pleased with the install and service. Gary the tech did a very nice clean install that dotted the i's and crossed all the t's. Was prompt on the appt time, polite and knowledgeable. The sign up on the phone was quick and exact. Have had a good experience. And internet speed tests are what they say they are. 300+ MH both coming and going....what's not to like.
